What’s been happening:

Retired in 1992 from a 45 year career in materials sciences with special interest in instrumental analysis. Spent the last 20 work years on Shuttle missions and on classified Air Force satellite programs. Was widowed in 1975 -- no offspring. Devoted my spare time as a volunteer with Girl Scouts of Orange County and as a member of the board of the Huntington Beach Library. Am amazed at how the campus has grown. I still prefer the weather here in Southern California where I settled back in 1952.
